After Little Kelly realizes that she and Raven are not half siblings, they start to grow feelings for each other. After separating himself from Ramona and hanging out with Little Kelly, Raven becomes one of Little Kelly's best friends. When they first met, Little Kelly did not like Raven because he was working with Ramona. Raven and Little Kelly are best friends and love interests. All in all, no matter what happens to these girls, they will always be there for each other. Little Kelly and Little Carly still live in the castle even though they are half sisters (which led Little Kelly to moving out with her Dad). Even though they have their ups and downs, the girls always end up back together. Years later, the two met and became vey good friends throughout the years, Carly even saying to Little Ropo and Scuba Steve, "I would rather kiss my sister than kiss either of you". The two were separated at birth, being that Carly had some of the evil potion still in her eye. Little Kelly and Little Carly are not only sisters, but best friends. As a baby, her outfit was the same, just with a diaper instead of shorts.
She normally wears a pink and white flower headband on her head, a white shirt covered by a pink jumper, blue shorts, a brown belt with a yellow buckle and brown, laced boots. Little Kelly has long, blonde hair, with green eyes.
